Just a little bit of Red in Nepean River, Penrith, West of Sydney. I took these photos while we were on board our little tin boat. It was our boating day out.This is called "Nepean Belle Paddlewheeler" offers classic river cruise into the Blue Mountains National Park from Penrith. The classic paddlewheel ship. It offers a style reminiscent of the 1850s steamers on the US Mississippi River. The look is of elegance as it moves casually. Airplanes are efficient - this is not so much, but is a slower and far more scenic ride...

What a beautiful boat - looks like it would be such a pleasant ride along the river. As Ralph said, like the U.S. was in the mid-nineteenth century.
