Fried Rice

 I cooked fried rice the other day.

Ingredients:
cooked jasmine rice
brown onion
chopped rindless bacon rashers
garlic
free-range egg
left over fried sausage
Maggi seasoning
oil to fry
a cup of mix vegetables
light soy sauce

Last Sunday

 We were invited for a lunch in my sister's place in the lower part of the Blue Mountains. It was her birthday on that day and we were all excited. My sister didn't have a big celebration, it's only us and she prepared yummy food.

 We were a bit late when we arrived to their place because we went to a shop first to get things for David's school which was due the following day. When we arrived, I was  hungry already and couldn't help it but start pigging out the food on the table...lolz

 When it was time to blow the candles, of course my little niece who always wants to be in the front seat, blew the candles with only the help of the celebrant, her mum. This was the best part of the celebration that my little niece was waiting patiently...hehehe

We all had a great time.

Busy as a bee

It has been days that I have neglected my blogs. I have been busy both at work and  home, many things that need to be done, appointments to go to and family commitments to attend to. Well, I feel I am already stressed out and need time to slow down and relaxation. I know I deserve a break, and here I am now, sitting down in front of my computer, trying to catch up with some of my favourite memes that I have been missing out. I am off from work tomorrow so I have a long weekend, which means too, more time in the computer and more time to finish reading the book which I recently purchased a week ago.

This butterfly is very common in our backyard. I saw this one on my citrus plant.
