While we were shopping one day, hubby came across to this packet size, McCormick Slow Cooker Mild Chicken Curry Recipe Base, and showed it to me. Upon reading the ingredients and procedure, I found out that it is dead easy and quick to prepare with only few ingredients to be added, therefore, a lot of time saving in the cooking preparation, only the cooking process takes longer as it is intended for slow cooker cooking. I bought a packet and tried it with breast fillet chicken cut into cubes, onions, potatoes and coconut milk added accordingly. We had it with jasmine rice over dinner.

Mild Chicken Curry
This is our first mild chicken curry cooked in a slow cooker. We wanted something different for a change at that time and we thought to try chicken curry. However, hubby and I are not big fan of strong flavor and we wanted it just mild and kids friendly too, so our kids can enjoy it with us.
There are many recipes in the internet I found out when I searched. Only, it is hard for me to decide which one to try. The thing that there is several ingredients required in recipes that don't use curry paste is a bit of a turn off yet it is something also interesting because I am not quite familiar with some of the ingredients and I feel I wanna check it out in the shop myself.
