I have plenty of choko fruits, (otherwise known as sayote or pear squash) this time. I have been growing chokos for many years and this time I am very pleased of its fruits. Yes, I have many this time compared to the previous years. And last Monday, I gave a bag to my friend and this coming weekend, I invited another friend for a visit so she can pick chokos to take home. I love choko (fruit) in soups, stir- fry or simply bake them. My kids don't like it that much but every time we have it on meal time, I don't forget to put a little piece on their plate and glad they just don't ignore it but eat it.

Indonesian people call it labu siam. Yours is growing well. I've never tried to bake it :)
