Hi Eden. I think you post about food just for me because you know how much I like to see what other people are eating.
We are in Chicago for the weekend and last night we ate at a restaurant called Jambalaya,lots of cajun food on the menu. I selected the buffet so that I could sample many different foods. They all included rice, nice and spicey rice.
Your photo looks like it could be served in a restaurant. Eden's Eats!
