First up, I went to our local Library to return all the books we borrowed for it will be due the following day and borrowed books again at the same time. Even though they won't charge for any overdue items but I want to keep my record clean and pleasing to them.
Then, I went to the shop to buy a new pair of shoes for Dorothy. She needed a new pair to be used on their District Cross Country Run which is today but unfortunately rain pelted down since last night and the ground is soaking wet. Obviously, Mother Nature doesn't want the event to happen today. I got a news while I was in school that it will be moved sometime next week.
After buying Dorothy's shoes, I went to another shop where we usually get our weekly vegetables and fruits. Our fruit bowl and vegetable bin in the fridge were all virtually empty. I did get everything for our whole week consumption. I love shopping in the morning of Monday there for the shop is not that crowded yet.
And lastly, our dinner, a serving of baked salmon, vegetable salad and garlic bread

Baked salmon is my favorite! It's gloomy and rainy here as well. I'm impressed that you pushed yourself past it, I'mstill struggling!
Love that shoes! Seems like we're on different worlds at the moment. It is soooo hot in here!
you been busy ate:)
Thanks for sharing your day, Eden
This is my favorite kind of post....just following along on your daily activities.
Phillip and I often visit my local library when he's here. Children are allowed to borrow as many books as they wish...he sometimes takes 40-50 at a time. We almost need a wagon to carrry them out.
Dorothy should be able to run like the wind in her new running shoes.
Another delicious meal that you didn't invite me to. lol
