She's going to the District

We finally got the note from the school that Dorothy has gained selection to represent the school for this coming District Athletics Carnival sometime this week. She will compete for the 800 m 12/13 yr girls, 100 m 12/13 yr girls and 200 m 12/13 girls. The event will be for 2 consecutive days. Her first race will be for the 800 m on the first day while the rest will be on the second day. And unlike last year, I won't be able to be there to cheer for her for I have an appointment on the first day of the competition. But I will try my best to be there on the second day .
