Stink Bugs

Otherwise known as Bronze Orange Bug. I just found them attacking one of my citrus plants. I was so careful when taking these photos as they produce stink secretion when touched or alarmed. I sprayed them thereafter with Confidor. They are harmful to plants as they suck sap from young shoots and lay eggs on the leaf.

Eden: Wonderful photos, we have a similar bug in Ohio called a Stink Bug except for the great color.

Wonderful photos, even if the subject isn't. Smelly bugs - yuk. Pests that destroy plants are a real nuisance.
Cheers.

I like their coordinating antennae and legs! Not nice visitors to your garden though.
