Cassava Cake

Thought to share this simple yet yummy cassava cake recipe that i have been enjoying for quite sometime now. I got this recipe from a lady who I met when we attended a b-day party of our friend's daughter. I was very glad that she was happy to share the recipe with me when I asked her about the it.
And here it goes.....
2 packets frozen grated cassava
1 packet frozen shredded young coconut
1 big can of carnation evaporated milk
1 small can of coconut milk
1 cup white sugar
50 grams melted butter

Method:
1.Thaw the frozen ingredients.
2. Strain the thawed young coconut to get rid of any extra water as this will ruin the mixture.
3. Preheat oven to 180 C .
4. In a mixing bowl, mix all the ingredients and pour over to baking tray. Bake for about 1 hr and a half or so til it's cooked.
