My guavas
It is guava season here and as usual our two guava trees treat us again
with their abundant crunchy, juicy and sweet fruits. Yes, I have plenty
this time that we can not even eat them all. So I shared some to my friends in
our neighbourhood and friends at my work. It is good that I have friends who also like guava . In fact, one of my friends said that she made juice out
of the guavas that I gave her and it was so yummy. Well, that is the one
that I haven't tried yet and thought to make guava juice this weekend.

Our cat
This is or cat sleeping on my daughter's bed. Well, she sleeps there every night with my daughter and I think she thinks that it's her bed too.
It's raining today and she just sleep there all day unaware of the noises inside the house. Dorothy calls her a fat lazy cat..hehehe.

Soggy weekend
"Rain is grace; rain is the sky condescending to the earth; without rain, there would be no life." - John Updike
It was raining since yesterday morning and until today. I was planning to take my son to the city today but unfortunately we can't make it. It is too wet to go out. The weather forecast tomorrow is shower clearing which gives me hope that we can make it this coming long weekend.

Camera Critters
Last Sunday, I took my son to the playground in Nurragingy Reserve and while watching him, a rainbow lorikeet from nowhere just suddenly landed on the twig of the gum tree.

With my niece
It was one weekday of last month that my sister had a tennis comp and
luckily, the venue was closer to where we live. I was so eager to watch
the comp when she informed me because I haven't watched it since she
started joining it. It was a good timing too because I didn't have work
on that day and a good opportunity to see them. Unfortunately, the kids
didn't able to come with me because it was a school day but they understand,
which made Madie my niece a bit disappointed for not able to see them.
But when I explained to her the reason, she understand eventually. After
my sister played the second match which they both won, I took my niece
to the garden nearby the tennis court to take some photos of the beautiful roses.
Here is my niece enjoying the fantastic smell of the roses.

Pasta Carbonara
I bought a Dolmio Italian Meat Base Carbonara sauce in a packet yesterday. It was my first time cooking pasta carbonara using this sauce. I added only, cooked pasta, diced bacon, cream and cheese, and cooked it according to the instruction at the back packet. I garnished it with finely chopped parsley before serving to add extra flavour. It was delicious.
